Originally set up in 1977 by our Executive Chairman “Rajeev Krishan Sood” (RKS) soon after on completion of his tenure with Indian Navy as Chief Artificer (Mechanical) with a Vision of exploring the growing construction sector using his expertise of technical knowledge along with the discipline embedded in him through the forces. The start was through the field of Fabrication and Erection / Modernization/ Repairs & Maintenance of chemical plants. Throughout the Eighties we were permanently involved in the above activities for Shreeram Group of Industries as in-house contractors for their plants at Shreeram Food & Fertilizers, Delhi; Shreeram Chemicals, Kota (Rajasthan), their Sugar Mills at Duralla, Mawana, and Titawi (U.P.) before we were given an opportunity to set up a new Alkali Plant of SIEL Chemicals at Rajpura (Punjab) in the year 1997-98.During this period we also carried out Fabrication & Erection jobs for J.P. Industries, Rewa (M.P.); JHCP, Bhageri&Bagga (H.P.); M/s Ram Ganga Fertilizers Limited, Gajrulla (U.P.); VAM Organics Limited, Gajrulla(U.P.); India Glycols Limited, Kashipur (U.P.); Glaxo SmithKline Limited,Sonepat (Haryana); JCT, Phagwara (Punjab); Malwa Power Projects, Muktsar (Punjab) just to name a few.
