Contour molded design: The ROCKMAN Series of particulate respirators fit a large variety of faces by being designed spaciously. Lateral Enlargements: to mount the straps on instead of stapling them to the body of the mask help to avoid deforming the respirator when in use. Ultrasonic welded Filter Layers: Conventional manufactured respirators also have a buildup by several filter layers but they open up on the edge and allow particles to reduce efficiency of the filtering system. The filter layers of ROCKMAN particulate respirators are welded around the edge preventing particles to settle on the gaps between the filter layers. Rigidity by Inner Framing: A special designed frame supports the respirator to keep its shape even after having been accidentally deformed. ROCKMAN Exhalation Valve: Large openings support breathing under demanding working conditions.
