Hydraulic Cylinder-Welded Construction

In this type of construction, end cap and mounting components are welded to cylinder tube and gland is threaded to cylinder tube.

Available up to 160 mm bore diameter and various rod diameter and stroke combinations.

Working pressure - 160 Bar.

Available mounting styles are as follows:

1.       MP1 – Cap mounting fixed clevis

2.       MP3 – Cap mounting fixed eye

3.       MT4 – Mounting with intermediate fixed trunnion

4.       ME5 – Head mounting rectangular

5.       MS2 – Mounting with side lugs

6.       MP5 – Cap mounting fixed eye with spherical bearing
