Wheel Risers

Wheel risers (aka Truck risers, trailer risers, loading dock pit fillers or trailer lifts) are used to raise the heights of the dock. They are usually used to correct the errors done during the planning phase of the dock design. This is the reason it is important to have better warehouse design before manufacturing the warehouse.Another benefit of wheel riser is that increasing height reduces damaging the bumpers and building face also allows easy access or the forklift by having better grade in and out of the trailer. During assessment we ask many questions form our clients before we proceed in providing the solution to our client.Custom wheel risers and loading dock pit fillers help eliminate trailer height changes caused by sloped driveways. Some trucks come at an angle which can cause loading/unloading problems and the height to go lower than expected.  The risers help maintain drainage for the dock and bring the trailer bed at or above dock, regardless of the trailer axle’s position.
