Submerged Arc Welded [SAW] Pipes
Trident's Carbon Steel SAW Pipe manufacturing facility consists of a JCO Press, Helical / Spiral Mills, number of Three Roll Plate Bending Machine, Inside & Outside welding lines, Heat Treatment Furnace and all necessary Testing Equipment to produce high quality pipes conforming to various International Standards. These facilities are capable of manufacturing pipes in various grades.
The pipes are supplied according to appropriate standards as well as customer specifications in a large variety of steel grades and dimensions. Specific requirements on execution, tolerances, lengths, and mechanical & chemical properties are offered on request.
