Our production takes place in extrusion and surface treatment factories on a closed area of ​​14,000 m2 built on an area of ​​20,000 m2. The extrusion factory has three 900-ton, 1460-ton and 2000-ton extrusion presses, thermal furnaces and a press shop; In the area of ​​surface processing factory, there are anodizing coating plant, electrostatic powder coating plant and mechanical processing workshop. Satin finishing, polishing and grinding work on surfaces can be carried out in our anodizing system; it has electrolytic tin and nickel color baths and a yellow color bath. A chromium-free pre-treatment can be used for powder coating. In our machining workshop; stand CNC, saws, Eccentric presses are available and machining processes can be carried out. Our aluminum profile monthly production capacity is 900,000kg, our anodizing coating capacity is 450,000kg, and our powder coating capacity is 300,000kg. Our products; have wide areas of application such as the automotive sector, electrical electronics sector, air conditioning and ventilation sector, machinery sector, medical sector, food sector, construction sector, advertising sector and furniture sector.
