The HDC800 is a professional hydraulic butt fusion machine designed for welding large-diameter plastic pipes made of PE, PP, and PVDF. It is widely used in applications such as water supply systems, gas pipelines, and industrial piping networks. The machine works by heating the ends of pipes and fittings until molten and then pressing them together, forming strong, leak-proof joints.Equipped with a basic frame, milling cutter, heating plate, hydraulic unit, and support system, the HDC800 ensures precise and reliable fusion. It operates in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +40°C, with an adjustable hydraulic pressure range of 0–10 MPa and a maximum heating plate temperature of 270°C. Supporting pipe sizes from 450 mm to 800 mm, it delivers a total power of 15.8 kW and weighs 1,345 kg, making it suitable for professional industrial sites. The machine operates on a 380 V working voltage for stable performance.
